Surgical Guides Now Ship in Five Business Days

Starting October 5, 2026, standard turnaround for tooth- and tissue-supported surgical guides is five business days from plan approval, down from eight.

What changed

We added a dedicated guide-planning workstation and moved guide printing to its own printer, so guides no longer share queue time with models and night guards. Plans are prepared by our surgical guide designer and sent to you for review in the portal.

What we need from you

Upload a CBCT (DICOM), an intraoral or model scan of the same arch, and your implant system and sleeve preferences. Complete records are the biggest factor in keeping the five-day timeline. Each guide ships cleaned and sealed, with sleeves seated and a printed summary of the plan.

Delivery

Guides travel on our local courier routes around Charlotte or by overnight service elsewhere, so they arrive ahead of surgery day. Need one sooner? Ask about rush options when you approve the plan.
