Introducing Digitally Printed Night Guards

Pearl Dental Services now offers digitally designed, 3D-printed night guards alongside our traditional heat-pressed appliances. Submit an intraoral scan or impression and we handle the rest.

Why printed

Designing the guard digitally lets our technicians control thickness, occlusal contacts and retention before anything is produced. Each guard is printed in a durable resin, then post-cured and polished by hand. Because the design file is saved, a replacement can be reprinted without a new impression.

Options

Choose a hard or flexible design for the upper or lower arch, with flat-plane or canine-guided occlusion. Add your preferred thickness and any notes to the prescription, and our removables team will follow up if anything is unclear.

Ordering

Printed night guards are available now in the Removables section of the case submission form. Standard turnaround is five business days in the lab.
