Pearl Dental Opens a Dedicated Full-Arch Department

To keep up with growing implant work from our partner practices, Pearl Dental Services has formed a dedicated full-arch department within our Charlotte lab, with its own technicians, design stations and case coordinator.

One team from records to delivery

Full-arch cases are now handled start to finish by the same small team. Models, verification jigs, try-ins and final prostheses stay with the technicians who know the case, which means fewer handoffs and faster answers when your office calls.

A single point of contact

Each full-arch case is assigned a coordinator who tracks appointments, confirms records and keeps the case timeline current in the portal. Your team can message the coordinator directly through portal chat.
