New 5-Axis Milling Center for Titanium Implant Bars

Posted 2026-08-14

We have added a 5-axis milling center dedicated to titanium work, bringing implant bar production for our full-arch cases fully in-house.

What changes for you

Milling titanium bars on site removes an outsourcing step, so full-arch cases no longer wait on an outside milling partner. Our designers can adjust a bar, re-mill it and verify the fit on the master model within the same week.

Precision and passive fit

The 5-axis spindle reaches undercuts and angled screw channels in a single setup. Every bar is checked on a verified model before it moves on to its zirconia or PMMA overlay, so fit questions are resolved in the lab rather than at delivery.

Supported workflows

The new mill supports hybrid bars, milled bars with zirconia overlays and bar-retained overdentures on the major implant platforms. Submit full-arch cases through the portal as usual, and our full-arch coordinator will confirm the plan with you.
