Dental Technician Apprenticeship Program: Now Accepting Applicants

Pearl Dental Services is launching a paid dental technician apprenticeship for people who want to build a career making crowns, dentures and implant prostheses. No prior lab experience is required.

What apprentices learn

Over twelve months, apprentices rotate through model work, removables, CAD design and finishing, working beside experienced technicians. Training combines bench time with structured lessons on dental anatomy, materials and quality control.

Who should apply

We are looking for detail-oriented people with steady hands, good color perception and a willingness to learn. Experience with art, jewelry, model-making or 3D software is a plus. Apprentices work full time on our day shift in Charlotte.
