Pearl Dental Recognized for Manufacturing Excellence

We are proud to share that Pearl Dental Services has received a Manufacturing Excellence Award from a Charlotte-area business council that recognizes small manufacturers for quality systems, workforce development and customer service.

What the judges highlighted

The recognition pointed to our documented quality checkpoints: every case is inspected at the model, design and finishing stages before it ships, and remake data is reviewed weekly by our production leads. The judges also noted our investment in digital workflows that shorten turnaround without skipping steps.

A team effort

This award belongs to our technicians, designers, drivers and customer service staff. Many of them started with us as trainees and now lead their departments. We celebrated together at the lab last week.
