Zirconia, lithium disilicate or PFM? On Saturday, December 5, 2026 we are hosting a morning continuing education seminar comparing today's most common crown materials for posterior teeth.

Course outline

Our lead ceramist will review strength, esthetics and wear for each material, preparation guidelines that support minimum thickness, and how to match material choice to bruxism, limited clearance and implant restorations. We will also compare cementation and bonding and what each means for your chairside workflow.

Participants will examine finished and sectioned restorations, see how margin quality and occlusal clearance affect the final result, and learn which details on the prescription help us deliver crowns that seat with minimal adjustment.
